Gustavo Villarreal, Business Development Manager, Caterpillar
Gustavo Villarreal is a Business Development Manager with Caterpillar’s Electric Power Division, where he works with end users, engineering firms and construction companies to develop resilient and sustainable energy infrastructure. His experience spans data centers, landfills, mission-critical and municipal facilities, providing commercial and technical guidance to provide strategic direction to help advance complex generation and distributed energy projects. In his role, he is a subject matter expert in energy supply markets, energy demand management and energy asset management. With prior roles at Valero and PBF Energy, Gustavo brings a strong foundation in commodity trading, operations and renewable energy development across North America, adding deep experience in energy markets and infrastructure operations to his current focus on resilient power solutions.
