Environmental regulatory standards are growing and will continue to do so. Upstream and midstream companies must engage now to be prepared for the need to prove compliance. Taking a reactive approach to regulatory compliance immediately places a company in an exposed position due to the strict nature of said regulations and the cascading violations that could result. What are the expected changes to environmental regulation and how can companies prepare to comply with the new standards using new technology, methods and field data?
